With Move into Balance my aim is to help you to achieve improved health, balance and well-being in your life. I have 17 years experience in complementary health, as an aromatherapist and Bowen therapist. Specialising in problems such as back pain, sports injury and neck, shoulder and other joint conditions I've found that Bowen Technique can give successful results in such a gentle way by stimulating your own body to restore alignment and let go of pain and tension.

I now work primarily with Bowen Technique and I am currently training to teach Dru Yoga (watch this space!). Holistic aromatherapy is also available at the centres in Stone and Ashbourne.

Bowen Technique is very gentle and safe but extremely effective. Non intrusive and suitable for all ages it has been shown to help improve many problems, for example

chronic back pain,

frozen shoulder,

sports injuries, RSI

whiplash

migraine, chronic fatigue,

hayfever and bronchial problems and is beneficial before,during and after pregnancy. It is a holistic therapy that balances the whole body, not merely the symptoms and many people use it as a means of stress management and health maintenance.

Aromatherapy involves gentle massage with a blend of vegetable oil and aromatic essential oils. It is a widely used, popular and beneficial therapy that can help with muscular tension, aches and pains, joint problems; stress related conditions,anxiety and mild depression; headaches and insomnia and is perfect for deep relaxation.
