This is the third so far of these serene relaxation sessions. Take time out from the rush of Christmas and allow yourself an hour or so to de-stress and recharge....
Claire is an experienced Dru Yoga teacher who will introduce gentle, stretching and movement, calming breath routines and deep, soothing relaxation to help you let go of the day and sink into calm and serenity.
Arrive from 6pm - session starts at 6.30 - cafe available afterwards from 7.30pm.
Exchange is £7 for the session
The Sweet Little Cafe will transform into a warm and tranquil space for the evening; it will still offer it's usual range of hot drinks and delicious baking afterwards, so stay on to enjoy some further cake-based relaxation!

What to bring
** Suitable for all ages however you may be lying on the floor for stretching and relaxation. Please let me know if you have any health issues or movement restrictions. Chairs will be available.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a yoga/exercise mat if you have one...I have a few spares so let me know if you need to borrow one. A cushion or pillow, a blanket and water to drink are required.
