Claire is an experienced Dru Yoga teacher who will introduce gentle, stretching and movement, calming breath routines and deep, soothing relaxation to help you let go of the day and sink into calm and serenity.
Suitable for all ages and abilities.
Arrive from 6.10 pm - session starts at 6.30 - cafe available afterwards from 7.30pm.
Exchange is £7 for the session.
